Registration Information

Notes:

• All domestic participants shall complete online registration and payment prior to the conference.
• International participants shall register on-site and pay the registration fee in RMB cash during check-in on October 21.
• The registration fee includes: access to all conference sessions, dinner on October 21, lunch and coffee breaks on October 22-23, dinner on October 22 (excluding students), conference materials, electronic proceedings, and attendance to all technical sessions.
• CSAA and IAGA members are eligible for member discount. Member ID is required.
• Student refers to undergraduate or full-time graduate students at the time of the convention.
• The conference follows No Paper, No Podium; No Podium No Paper Policy. Authors must register and pay before the early-bird registration deadline to get their presentation arranged and papers included or published.

Cancellation and refund:

All cancellation must be informed in written form to info@iaga-global.org.

Cancel before Sep. 10, 2025, full refund will be made. Cancel between Sep. 11-25, 70% refund will be made. Cancel beyond Sep. 26, no refund. The registration can be transferred to another person without any charge.

Technical Tour:

The tour to local aviation and sci-tech innovation institutions in Shaanxi Province will be organized. It costs 200 RMB to join the technical tour, covering transportation, visit and lunch box. Passport information will be required and the seats are limited. We follow First come, first served policy. Technical tour program will be available online.
