Registration Information

Notes:

• All domestic participants shall complete online registration and payment prior to the conference. 国内参会人员必须线上注册并缴费。
• International participants shall register online and pay the registration fee in RMB by cash upon on-site registration on Nov. 1.
• The registration fee includes:
  - Access to all conference sessions and badge
  - Dinner on Nov. 1, lunch and coffee breaks on Nov. 2-3
  - Gala dinner on Nov. 2 (excluding students)
  - Conference bag and materials
  - Electronic proceedings
• CSAA and IAGA members are eligible for member discount. Member ID is required.
• Student refers to undergraduate or full-time graduate students at the time of the convention.
• The conference follows No Paper, No Podium; No Podium No Paper Policy. Authors shall register and pay before the early-bird registration deadline to get their presentation arranged and papers included or published. Only international students shall register online before the early bird deadline but pay onsite.

Cancellation and refund:

All cancellation must be informed in written form to info@iaga-global.org. Cancel before Sep. 10, 2026, full refund will be made. Cancel after that, no refund.

The registration can be transferred to another person without any charge.

Post Tour:

A tour during Nov. 4-6 to Shanghai and Suzhou will be arranged. Detail arrangement is available at https://www.iaga-global.org/Conferences/ICGA2026/Schedule?ScheduleDate=Nov04.
