介绍:中国民航局第二研究所是我国民航行业内专业从事高新技术应用开发的科研机构,其前身为中国民航局科学研究所,1958 年 12 月 11 日在北京成立。
中国民航局第二研究所主要从事民航信息管理系统、空中交通管理系统、机场弱电系统、航空物流系统、航空安全管理系统、航空化学产品、通用航空产品的设计、研究、开发及科技成果产业化推广,同时还承担了航化产品适航性能、飞机非金属材料阻燃性能、通用航空专业设备、空管自动化系统、空管雷达系统的技术测试及航油航化适航审定、民航节能减排监测、航空材料研究等行业技术支持工作。截至目前,共计获得国家级奖励 14 项、省部级奖励 126 项,获得专利授权 232 项,编制国家及行业标准 100 项。
中国民航局第二研究所研发的科技成果在民航空管、机场、航空公司等领域的海内外 300 多家单位广泛应用,市场遍布亚洲、欧洲、非洲、南美洲等地。全国旅客吞吐量排名前十位的机场,均有承建的项目。弱电产品和行李分拣系统已在 100 多个机场投入使用,空管自动化系统及相关产品已在 43 个空管单位使用,航化产品广泛应用于四大航空集团、首都机场及 AMECO 等 173 个航空运输和维修企业。中国民航局第二研究所为众多的民航大型工程建设和生产运行系统提供了技术支持和服务,为民航建设和发展提供了强有力的保障。
2017 年,中国民用航空局与四川省人民政府签署战略合作协议,将依托中国民航局第二研究所建设全国首家民航科技创新示范区。新思想引领新时代,新时代肩负新使命,中国民航局第二研究所在中国民用航空局党组的领导下,不忘初心、牢记使命,坚持全面从严治党,大力推进科技创新,加快开启二次创业新征程,为建设民航强国和创新型民航行业作出新的更大贡献。

智慧民航未来馆。场馆主要展示民航科技创新示范区,2017年9月民航局和四川省政府签署战略合作协议谋定建设民航首个科技创新示范区,示范区一期投资106.3亿元,建设用地1721亩,将建成16个民航科技创新研究中心和1个验证中心,包含43 个实验室和108个平台。示范区是新中国成立以来,单项投资最大、设计标准最高的民航科技项目,将对标美国威廉休斯技术中心、德国西门子验证中心等国际行业最高标准,建设国际一流的民航先进技术创新平台和重大技术装备研发中心。

Description:The Second Research Institute of CAAC is a scientific research institution specializing in the development of high-tech applications within China’s civil aviation industry. Its predecessor, the CAAC Research Institute, was established in Beijing on December 11, 1958. 
The Second Research Institute of CAAC primarily engages in the design, research, development, and commercialization of technologies related to civil aviation information management systems, air traffic management systems, airport weak-current systems, aviation logistics systems, aviation safety management systems, aviation chemical products, and general aviation products. It is also responsible for technical testing of aeronautical chemical products' airworthiness, flame retardancy of non-metallic aircraft materials, general aviation equipment, air traffic control automation systems, and radar systems. Additionally, the institute provides industry technical support for airworthiness certification of aviation fuel and chemicals, civil aviation energy-saving and emission reduction monitoring, and aviation materials research. To date, it has received 14 national awards, 126 provincial and ministerial-level awards, 232 patents, and has developed 100 national and industry standards.
The technological achievements of the Second Research Institute of CAAC have been widely applied in over 300 domestic and international entities in fields such as air traffic control, airports, and airlines, with markets covering Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America. Projects have been implemented in all of China’s top 10 airports by passenger throughput. Its weak-current products and baggage sorting systems have been deployed at over 100 airports, while its air traffic control automation systems and related products are in use at 43 air traffic control units. Aviation chemical products are widely used by 173 aviation transport and maintenance companies, including China’s four major airline groups, Beijing Capital International Airport, and AMECO. The institute has provided technical support and services for the construction and operation of many major civil aviation projects, offering robust support for the development and growth of China’s civil aviation sector.
In 2017, the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and the Sichuan Provincial Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement to establish China’s first civil aviation technology innovation demonstration zone, leveraging the resources of the Second Research Institute of CAAC. Under the leadership of the CAAC Party Leadership Group, the institute remains committed to its mission, upholding strict party governance, promoting technological innovation, and accelerating its new entrepreneurial journey. It continues to make greater contributions to the building of a strong and innovative civil aviation sector in China.

The pavilion primarily showcases the Civil Aviation Technology Innovation Demonstration Zone. In September 2017, the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the Sichuan Provincial Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement to establish the first Civil Aviation Technology Innovation Demonstration Zone. The first phase of the demonstration zone involves an investment of 10.63 billion yuan, covering a construction area of 1,721 acres. It will include 16 civil aviation technology innovation research centers and 1 verification center, comprising 43 laboratories and 108 platforms. The demonstration zone is the largest single-investment civil aviation technology project since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, with the highest design standards. It will benchmark against international standards such as the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center in the U.S. and the Siemens Verification Center in Germany, aiming to build a world-class civil aviation advanced technology innovation platform and a major technical equipment R&D center.

介绍:中国民用航空飞行学院,创建于1956年,是中国民航局直属的部省共建本科高校。学院作为国家全过程培养民航高素质人才的主力军,是全球最大、世界知名的飞行院校,是中国民航首个获批CCAR-141和CCAR-147培训资质的高校,是亚洲第一个入选国际民航组织“未来航空人才计划”的全日制大学,是国际民航组织航空培训升级计划(TRAINAIR PLUS Programme)成员。学院作为联合国重点推广的“多人制机组驾驶员执照课程(MPL)”试点单位。学院年飞行训练量近50万小时,占全国通航总飞行时间约1/3,创造并保持了世界通航最佳安全记录,两次荣获中国民航“飞行训练安全五星奖。学院发挥自身优势,依托国家“澜湄合作”和民航局“一带一路”平台,先后为共建“一带一路”国家培养了1000余名飞行、机务、空管、空乘等民航专业岗位人才。
学院拥有5个机场,占地面积19000余亩。学院坚持立足民航和特色发展,形成了多学科协调的学科专业体系,现有19个二级学院、50多个本专科专业、20个硕士学位授权点,覆盖了民航各个领域。学院现有1个国家级人才培养模式创新试验区项目,2个国家级特色专业,3个省级特色专业,56门国家级、省级一流课程, 3个省部级重点实验室、6个省部级工程技术中心、3个省部级科普基地、2个省校共建重点实验室、4个校企联合实验室等,参加产业技术创新联盟6个,拥有“四川省院士工作站”和“四川省引才引智基地”。 5年来,学院承担国家重点研发计划、自然科学基金、社会科学基金和软科学等各级各类科研项目2200余项;获得各类科技成果和技术改进奖励320余项,其中省部级以上科技奖励27项,国家发明专利、实用新型专利等520余项;在国内外高水平学术刊物上公开发表成果1300余篇,出版有影响力的学术专著60多部;形成行业标准、规范、咨询通告、政策建议等成果200余项。

Description:Civil Aviation Flight University of China(CAFUC), founded in 1956, is an undergraduate university under the direct supervision of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). As the main force in the whole process of training high-quality talents for civil aviation, CAFUC is the largest and world-renowned flight school in the world. It is the first college in the CAAC to be approved for CCAR-141 and CCAR-147 training qualifications, and the first full-time university in Asia to be selected as a member of the Future Aviation Talent Program (FATP) of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). CAFUC is a pilot unit of the Multi-Person Crew Pilot License (MPL) program promoted by the United Nations (UN). The annual flight training volume of CAFUC is nearly 500,000 hours, accounting for about 1/3 of the total flight time of China's general aviation, and CAFUC has created and maintained the best safety record of the world's general aviation, and has twice won the “Five-Star Award for Flight Training Safety” of CAAC. Relying on the platform of the national “Mission to China” and the “Belt and Road” of the CAAC, CAFUC has trained more than 1,000 professionals in the fields of pilot, dispatcher, aircraft maintenance engineer, flight attendant.

CAFUC has 5 airports and covers an area of more than 19,000 acres. Adhering to the development based on civil aviation and characteristics, CAFUC has formed a multidisciplinary and coordinated academic and professional system, with 19 second-level colleges, more than 50 majors, and 20 master's degree authorization points, covering all fields of civil aviation. CAFUC has 1 national talent training mode innovation pilot project, 2 national featured majors, 3 provincial featured majors, 56 national and provincial first-class courses, 3 provincial and ministerial key laboratories, 6 provincial and ministerial engineering and technology centers, 3 provincial and ministerial science and technology bases, 2 provincial and university co-built key laboratories, 4 joint laboratories between schools and enterprises. CAFUC has two key scientific research sites, “Sichuan Academician Workstation” and “Sichuan Attracting Talents and Intelligence Base”. Over the past 5 years, CAFUC has undertaken more than 2,200 scientific research projects at all levels, such as the National Key Research and Development Program, Natural Science Fund, Social Science Fund and Soft Science. CAFUC has won more than 320 awards for various scientific and technological achievements and technological improvements, of which 27 awards are above the provincial and ministerial levels, and more than 520 national invention patents, utility model patents, etc. CAFUC has published more than 1,300 articles in domestic and international high-level academic journals and influential academic monographs. The company has published more than 60 influential academic monographs; formed more than 200 industry standards, specifications, advisory circulars, policy recommendations and other results.
